Our Mission

At Viventium, we are committed to providing the highest quality of care to our residents. Our mission is to deliver unmatched care packages that focus on the well-being of each individual. We believe that everyone deserves to live with dignity, respect, and compassion. Our team of trained professionals are dedicated to meeting the unique needs of each resident, and we strive to create a warm and welcoming environment that feels like home. Our new developments are specifically designed to provide the right community-based settings for adults over the age of 18 with complex needs. We have developed our range of services to provide unique and individual care pathways for those we support.

About Us

Founded by two NHS Doctors, Viventium provides a range of specialist residential & supported living services to adults aged 18 and over.

Our Services:  Learning disability  |  Autism  |  Brain injury  | Prader-Willi Syndrome | Challenging behaviors  |  Mental Health Issues | Others.

The support packages we offer are tailored to the individuals needs to help them develop vocational, social,  education and life skills so they can progress to a more independent future. We also create pathways through residential settings to community living, delivering positive outcomes for both the funders and people using our services.

Our aim is to enable the people we support to achieve their goals, believing passionately that regardless of the challenges they face, everyone can accomplish extraordinary achievements with the right care in the right environment.  Our team is a group of compassionate and expertly trained professionals who want to help you find the right care service and develop a tailored support plan to suit your needs.

Our success has been built on working closely with people, their families or advocates, and health and social care professionals to offer customised supported living plans. We often work with multiple stakeholders to understand their client's need and put together detailed support plans, that are regularly reviewed.  Today, too many people  remain in long-term hospital care. We see ourselves as part of the solution, and are passionate about enabling more people to transition from hospital into supported living. We offer supported living in shared accommodation or independent units in South London and Surrey

Live-in Care

Live-in Care involves the carer living with the individual. This type of care is often for people who require 24/7 1:1 support and the carer is available around the clock. Live-in Care allows the individual being cared for to retain a level of independence, whilst still having their needs met.

Live-in care enables you to live the life you want, on your terms. Our carers are able to support you 24/7 with all your needs so that you can be stress-free and comfortable in your own space. Unlike Domiciliary Care which is an hourly service, Live-in Care involves the carer living with the individual.
